Norwegian Cruise Line does a good job of getting all their passengers onboard sooner, so that they can start enjoying their vacation.

NCL cruises are fun for all types of travelers, and its loyalty program can provide added perks along the way. During the Alaska cruise season from late April through to October 2025, Norwegian Joy returns to The Last Frontier and offers 9- and 10-day roundtrip sailings from Seattle WA to allow for a longer experience for guests. As is typical for cruise lines, Norwegian charges on a per-person basis, not per room, and it prices most cabins based on two people occupying a room. It does offer some cabins for solo travelers on some ships that are priced based on single occupancy. Few lines offer as broad a range of entertainment and activities on their ships as Norwegian.
