By October 2021 I started noticing cracks in foundation of the garage. Now cracks run through the entire house that is tile out onto the patio. The only thing they offered to to was put epoxy on it but not fix the cracks. We have been fighting about the issue for almost a year.
All the other builders we looked at had their homes completed and the owners moved in by school. I was very disappointed with this being our first experience in building a home. After five months and them delaying on sending off for the permit until February they finally broke ground in April 2021. We were told it usually takes four to five months at this point so we were hopeful because we had always let them know we really needed to move in before school started. Unfortunately school started and we had to start driving our kids every day which took around five hours out of our day due to the distance of our rental and different school times. Had a couple issues that was found, but the warranty covered everything. Scheduling those repairs was all done through email and for the most part was seamless. The only hiccups was due to the third party contractors, who at times was hard to get a hold of. Considering the pandemic it is probably expected, but all issues were completed and it wasn’t anything major. Our sales manager was awesome and the super was fantastic!
